Located on the Gulf Coast in Biloxi, Mississippi, the Beau Rivage offers everything you'd expect from a Mississippi hotel - it is a showcase for southern hospitality. With over 1700 rooms, multiple restaurants, spa and casino, it has earned its four star rating from AAA.

Two group blocks have been set aside for the 2012 National Rural ITS Conference for September 16-19, 2012. The standard room block is $99.00 per night plus tax (estimated at 12%), for single or double occupancy. Additionally, a government room block has been setup at $79.00 per night plus tax (click here for room descriptions). Early arrivals or late departures will be confirmed on a space and rate availability basis (reserve early). Note that these rates expire on August 17, 2012. A $20.00 surcharge (subject to change) will apply per night, to each additional third and fourth person occupying the same room.  Each occupied guestroom may have a maximum of four guests.

To make your resrvation, please call the Beau Rivage Reservation Department at (888) 383-7037. You must identify yourself with the National Rural ITS Conference (specify government rate if applicable). The Beau Rivage does require that the first night’s room and tax deposit accompany the reservation request (a major credit card number may be used to guarantee a room in lieu of a deposit).  The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival.

Resort Fee. The Beau Rivage Casino Resort charges a daily resort fee of $7 per night (plus 7% tax). This charge covers daily newspaper, access to their fitness facility, bottled water (2 per guest room), access to notary, unlimited local and 800 calls, fax service (up to 5 pages), copy service (up to 5 copies), printing of boarding passes, unlimited in-room internet access(ethernet cord needed), complimentary parking and pool access. Please note that this daily resort fee is in addition to the room charges and local and state taxes.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. It is possible that you may be able to check in sooner, depending on the inventory of clean, vacant rooms. Otherwise, the Bell Desk can store your luggage until your room is ready. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. If your travel plans necessitate a later checkout, please contact the Front Desk to assist you with these arrangements. Please note that a late checkout fee may apply. The Beau Rivage Bell Desk will be happy to hold your luggage for you until you are ready to depart if you are not able to arrange a late checkout.

Airport Shuttle. Gulf Coast Transportation provides shuttle service between Beau Rivage and the Gulfport/Biloxi International Airport seven days a week. The one-way fare is $15 per person and $22 round trip. All major credit cards are accepted.
