Meetings Northwest, LLC does not sell or otherwise make available electronic mailing lists and databases from conferences and/or events. Nor does it provide an electronic attendee list to individuals outside of the conference host organizations. A printed attendee list will be made available to all registered attendees in the registration packets. A pdf of the printed attendee list will also be made available via the respective event's Proceedings page. If you do not wish to have your name included in this list, you can opt out by indicating as such on the Attendee Registration Form.

Payment information is always confidential. Use the online payment page via this website. Faxed and mailed payment information is also considered secure.
