Registration is now available! There are many, many learning opportunities this year. From mini-training courses to all-day professional tours there is something for everyone! It should be noted that many of the offerings have limited space so we encourage you to register early to guarantee your seat!

There are several different registration options available for this year’s event. For your convenience we have summarized them below. Please note that the registration form can be found on the last two pages of the registration packet. The early registration deadline is Monday, August 4th.

Full Attendee Registration. Includes admittance to all sessions, mini-training courses, vendor area, ITS Information Assembly and the professional tours (excludes Alaska Railroad Tour and Luncheon Lecture). It also includes the Meet-and-Greet on Tuesday, September 2nd, continental breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, September 3rd, Thursday, September 4th and Friday, September 5th as well as the Alaska Native Heritage Center Dinner Activity on Wednesday, September 3rd. Cost is $225.00. ITS Alaska members receive a $50.00 discount and Session Moderators receive a $100.00 discount. Speakers are free.

Specialized Tracks. Individuals can choose to register for either the Transit or the CVO Track separately.

Transit Track. Registration for the Transit Track includes admittance to all transit sessions, vendor area, ITS Information Assembly, AnchorRides and People Mover Transit Tour, Alaska Railroad Tour and Luncheon Lecture, the Human Services Transportation Coordination Workshop as well as the pre-conference National Transit Database Rural Training Seminar. It also includes the Meet-and-Greet on Tuesday, September 2nd, continental breakfast and lunch Wednesday, September 3rd, Thursday, September 4th and Friday, September 5th as well as the Group Activity (dinner) on Wednesday, September 3rd. Cost is $280.00. ITS Alaska members receive a $50.00 discount and Session Moderators receive a $100.00 discount. Speakers are free.

CVO Track. Registration for the CVO Track includes admittance to all CVO sessions, vendor area, ITS Information Assembly and the Glenn Highway E-Screening System Tour. It also includes the Meet-and-Greet on Tuesday, September 2nd, continental breakfast and lunch Wednesday, September 3rd and Thursday, September 4th as well as the Group Activity (dinner) on Wednesday, September 3rd. It also covers the CVFM Fall Forum Meeting on Thursday, September 4th. Cost is $185.00. ITS Alaska members receive a $50.00 discount and Session Moderators receive a $100.00 discount. Speakers are free.

Professional Tours. Attendees not attending a specialized track can still sign up for the four scheduled professional tours: AnchorRides and People Mover Transit Tour on Tuesday, September 2nd; Mega Tour - Whittier Tunnel/Turnagain Pass on Wednesday, September 3rd; Glenn Highway E-Screening System Tour on Thursday, September 4th; and Alaska Railroad Tour and Luncheon Lecture on Thursday, September 4th. Space is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no charge for the AnchorRides and People Mover Transit Tour, Mega Tour and Glenn Highway E-Screening System Tour. Attendees or guests choosing to attend the Alaska Railroad Tour and Luncheon Lecture will be charged as follows: Adult - $55.00, Child (2-11 years) - $25.00.

Training/Networking Opportunities. Individuals not wishing to attend the full conference can still choose to participate in one or several of the many training opportunities. Only a limited number of seats are being set aside for non-conference attendees. We recommend registering early as these seats will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Descriptions can be found in the Preliminary Agenda on the following pages. Costs include lunch (with the exception of the National Transit Database Rural Training Seminar) and are as follows:

Tuesday, September 2nd:
• National Transit Database Rural Training Seminar (does not include lunch) - $15.00

Wednesday, September 3rd:
• ITS Information Assembly - $30.00

Thursday, September 4th:
• Open Source Software Mini-Training - $30.00
• System Requirements for Rural Deployment Mini-Training - $30.00
• Rural Data Collection Mini-Training - $30.00
• National Wildlife Collision Mitigation Study Mini-Training - $30.00
• CVFM Fall Forum Meeting - $35.00

Friday, September 5th:
• Human Services Transportation Coordination Workshop - $50.00

Activities. The Wednesday evening group activity at the Alaska Native Heritage Center is included in both the Full Attendee registration and Specialized Track registration. Guests can register separately for an additional cost (see Registration Form). Costs for the individual activities on Thursday, September 4th can also be found on the Registration Form. Descriptions for all activities can be found on the activity page.
