Individuals are encouraged to download the Registration Packet, which contains cost, session description and registration materials. Individuals can also download just the Registration Form or REGISTER ONLINE.

Registration Options - There are several different registration options available for this year’s event. For your convenience we have summarized them below. Need a few more days? The early registration deadline has been extended through Monday, July 12, 2010.

Full Attendee Registration. Includes admittance to all sessions excluding the NTI Course (NTI participants must register separately) and workshops, vendor area, ITS Information Assembly and professional tours. It also includes the Sunday evening reception at Heritage Farms on August 1st, breakfast and lunch on Monday, August 2nd, Tuesday, August 3rd and Wednesday, August 4th as well as the Belle of Cincinnati Riverboat Cruise and Dinner on Monday, August 22nd and the Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, August 4th. Cost is $225.00. ITS West Virginia members and Moderators receive a $50.00 discount while Speakers receive a $150.00 discount. Note that fees increase $75.00 after Monday, July 12th.

Guests are encouraged to join attendees for evening social activities as well as the Wednesday Ice Cream Social. Individual activity costs are shown on the Registration Form.

Student and One-day Registration. Student registration is $50.00 and covers all items as described in the Full Attendee Registration. A one-day registration is also being offered for professional (non-student) attendees at a cost of $100.00. Individuals wishing to utilize the one-day registration will need to indicate the day they are attending when they register.

Transit Track Registration. Conference organizers have chosen to provide a separate Transit Track at the conference. Individuals wishing to participate can do so by registering as Transit Track Attendees. Registration costs are as follows:
Full Transit Track Attendee (includes NTI Course, Transit Sessions and Human Services Transportation Workshop) - $250.00
2-day Transit Track (choose from two of the following: NTI Course, Transit Sessions or Human Services Transportation Workshop) - $180.00
1-day Transit Track (choose from one of the following: NTI Course, Transit Sessions or Human Services Transportation Workshop) - $100.00

Training Opportunities. There is no additional cost for participating in the Monday, August 2nd, or Tuesday, August 3rd training if the individual has registered as a Full Attendee, One-day attendee or appropriate Transit Track attendee. Space is limited, however, and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Descriptions can be found in the Preliminary Agenda.

  • NTI Course - Implementing Rural Transit Technology (Sunday, August 1st - Monday, August 2nd)
  • Advanced Operational Concepts Workshop (Monday, August 2nd)
  • Incident Management Workshop (Tuesday, August 3rd)
  • Transportation Safety Advancement Group (TSAG) Case Studies Workshop (Tuesday, August 3rd)
  • Human Services Transportation Workshop (Wednesday, August 4th)

Professional Development Hours
Attendees can receive a certificate stating the number of Professional Development Hours (PDHs) they receive for attending the conference. Attendees must indicate their desire to receive the certificate when they register. Estimated PDHs are as follows:

Full Attendee - 15 PDHs for Monday through Wednesday attendance

Transit Track Attendees
- NTI Course Certificate will be given to course participants
- 12.5 PDHs will be given to individuals participating in both the Transit Sessions and Human Services Transportation Workshop
- 6 - 6.5 PDHs will be given to individuals participating in either the Transit Sessions or the Human Services Transportation Workshop

One-day Attendee
- 5.0 PDHs for Monday, August 2nd
- 6.5 PDHs for Tuesday, August 3rd
- 3.5 PDHs for Wednesday, August 4th (morning only)
