Lecture/Roundtable SPEAKERS. Speaker information for lecture or roundtable speakers is contained in the Speaker Information Packet. Forms found in the Information Packet include:

  • Speaker Presentation Information
  • Presentation Web Posting Agreement
  • Speaker Needs Form

Speakers must submit all of the following by the dates specified (from Speaker Presentation Information):

  1. Brief (1-2 paragraph) biography. This biography will be printed in the conference agenda and will be used by the session Moderators to introduce Speakers. Bios were due June 4th. They can be emailed to info@nritsconference.org.
  2. Web Agreement. Speakers are asked to sign and return the Web Posting Agreement. This will assist us in publishing the conference proceedings and presentations online. If you cannot sign this agreement, please let us know ASAP by emailing us at info@nritsconference.org or by calling 1-866-MEET- 110. Web agreements were due July 2nd.
  3. Registration. Speakers will need to register for the Conference. All speakers may take advantage of the reduced Speaker rate ($75.00) noted on the registration form (guest and activity costs are additional). Registration forms were due July 2nd.
  4. Special Needs. Speakers will need to complete the Speaker Needs form to request equipment or list other special needs. This form was due no later than July 2nd.

Poster PRESENTERS. Poster Session presenters can find additional information in the Poster Guidelines document prepared for this event.

MODERATORS. All session moderators should have already received a copy of the Moderator Guidelines. As a reminder, all moderators will need to register for the Conference. They can take advantage of the reduced Moderator rate noted on the registration form (guest and activity costs are additional). Registration forms were due July 2nd. Moderators must also have provide a brief, 1-2 paragraph, biography by June 4th.

Individuals who are interested in being a session Moderator can submit their request via email at info@nritsconference.org.
